  • 1 portion flatbread
  • 1 spray water


  • Set a heavy-bottom pan over medium-high heat.
  • Spray a single flatbread lightly with water.
  • Reheat for 15 seconds on each side.
  • Once hot, serve immediately (or wrap in a tea towel to stay warm until all your flatbreads are ready).


Spraying a little water on each side of your flatbread helps reinvigorate its texture by remoisturizing it.
In a skillet, flatbreads reheat quickly, but you can leave them a little longer than 15 seconds if you want crispier outsides.
For an extra charred flavor, you can skip the skillet altogether and heat them over a naked flame on a gas stove (just practice caution).
And for delicious extra flavor, try basting your flatbread with butter before heating them in your skillet.
