Ingredients

  • 1 portion crepes filled or unfilled
  • 1 portion butter or sooking spray

Instructions

  • Lightly coat a non-stick frying pan with cooking spray or butter.
  • Lightly coat a non-stick frying pan with cooking spray or butter.
  • Lightly coat a non-stick frying pan with cooking spray or butter.
  • Set the pan over medium heat on your stove and allow it to warm up.
  • Place your crepe (filled or plain) in the pan and heat it for 30-60 seconds.
  • Gently flip the crepe over and heat it for a further 30-60 seconds.
  • Remove from the pan and serve immediately.

Notes

Work sparingly with your butter, oil, or cooking spray so that you don’t turn your crepes greasy.
Temperature-wise, keeping the stove to medium heat is a must to avoid burning your crepes.
If you want your crepes extra crispy, leave them in the pan for a little longer.
